Gutter repair front and back. Placed Ad in the morning and got a call within the hour. Neil turned up as per phone call and swiftly carried out the repairs. Good job.

New gutters coming away and leaking within a few months. Failed to show up when arranged to fix them, with no explanation and has read and ignored all correspondence since.

hired via Rated People back in late November 22022 to replace the gutters at the front and back of my property as they were dripping/leaking. In July., less than 8 months later, the gutter at the rear of the property began to leak again as a bracket was coming away. It was arranged for the company to come out on the 4th of September, but failed to attend or let me know. My recent messages via Rated People have been viewed with no responses.

came as said and did the job of replacing front and back gutters, first rain event since work completed and they are leaking all down my front and back walls, there is daylight between gutters and wall when i look up, sent them a video of this with no response, called multiple times with no response £450 paid with what seems no recourse, not very good a basic rip off and a ignore after? can this be legal?not fair i have to employ another set of roofers to hopefully replace all their work
