I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Delighted with the job done. Wish we could put pre- and post- pictures on here to show just how amazing our new bathroom looks. It definitely wasn't the easiest job the guys could have chosen, but they took a real pride in their work. Exceptionally reliable, punctual and professional, DCP were as pleasant to have around as it's possible for builders to be. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with Mr Dudley and his small team, they were very punctual and very neat and tidy they kept any disruption to a minimum. I would definitely use them again and the price was very reasonable too.
Bathroom Installation
I cannot rate Kerrigan and his team highly enough. Friendly, reliable, conscientious and hard-working; they finished our complete bathroom overhaul on-time and on-budget, despite a few unforeseen issues with pipework and flooring. Keen to get things right, Kerrigan checked with us about what we wanted at every opportunity - and showed great attention to detail. We'd heartily recommend him, and hope to get him back for future jobs on the house. Five stars well earned.

Kerrigan and his team performed brilliantly, they stuck to the budget of the job and even came back as soon as they could to complete extras on request. Kerrigan personally project managed our work whilst we were away and co ordinated other contractors too! many thanks to them!
