When one of the radiators still didn't heat up the next day (and after he had worked over 12 hours to get our heating system cleaned out and fitted a new pump), he came straight back and got it working again. He also gave very clear explanations of what was happening and how he would put it right which was very helpful. He didn't mind our inquisative dogs trying to be helpful but sometimes getting in the way! Our radiators and hot water have never been so hot- we had no idea what we were missing !!

Dariusz did an excellent job. He was very prompt - responded to my request within a few minutes and was on site in under an hour. He was friendly and helpful, giving me lots of tips about how to make my ancient boiler last longer and how to save money.
