I gave Carl a quote for a window and told him it would need a lintel fitting by a builder which he didn’t agree, I also told him my quote still stands and if he wants me to fit the window to give me a call when the builder had fitted the lintel, Carl never rang again. I work to certass regulation and health and safety is a priority.

Dean has done an absolutely fantastic job. He completed a repair on a broken windowsill and it is better than it was before it got broken.
