Ken and his boys did an excellent job on my large , raised decking in Purley. The team worked so hard , moving all the timber uphill to the back of the garden and it looked stunning on completion. Very highly recommended. Doug.

Installed a deck for me some time ago. Within a year it developed and fault and Ken (owner) said they would come out to fix it. Its been months of waiting and now he wont answer the phone, emails, or messages. I can tell he is receiving them and thus clearly he isn't interested in after install support. This level of support is not acceptable and I'd recommend you avoid this firm.

The decking is great. The guys who fitted it were great. I believe that I got value for money. They started two days later than arranged and only too half a day longer than estimated.

I didn’t have this started until July 2018. Nice people, worked hard within timelines but there were some shoddy workmanship which I highlighted to Ken afterwards. Despite promising to rectify some shoddy work after we returned from holiday, I made the mistake of paying the full amount and taking his word he would rectify some poor work. I have given him the chance to be good to his word but alas, as you would regret, radio silence and not completed. I would def therefore NOT recommend this company

Deckmasters recently installed a composite deck for me. Great experience start to finish, I was kept up to date on start date and they finished the job in the exact time frame promised. The build quality is fantastic and it looks simply great. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased overall with Deckmasters. The price was reasonable (much better than some other quotes), the work commenced on time and the end-product was excellent and at a high quality. Dean and Joe who did the work, although relatively young, were professional, very polite and, importantly, were expert in installing decks; they worked through some very inclement weather to deliver a great deck. I very strongly recommend Deckmasters.

Kept informed in weeks leading up to the date of the job and adjustments accommodated in the design with sensible proposals and options. Both workmen were approachable, knowledgable and appeared to enjoy what they were doung throughout. They explained what was being done and reasons for any necessary deviation BEFORE doing the work, early start despite being miles away from base. End product is exactly what we wanted. Thank you

Homeowner reported “overhanging decking as opposed to being flush” Believing it to be a workmanship issue but it’s clearly not! Contacting them immediately we explained either's acceptable, and both endorsed on the deck manufacturers website. Overhanging’s preferred as rainfall clear’s more effectively. Nevertheless, we assured the homeowner we would alter, and this was carried out. A curved section where overhanging is the only solution was upon reflection overhanging more than necessary so also adjusted.
