Very professional guys who helped plant over 500 plants. They were reliable and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In particular their communication was excellent.

Gardener / Landscape gardeners

I asked them if they could possibly come earlier than the planned time of !.30pm and they obliged by coming at 11am. Their work was thorough and they cleaned up well at the end. I thought the price was fair and it included rubbish removal. I would employ again for garden maintenance.

I received a message saying someone would call and they never did. I waited and waited, then had to call someone else as emergency.

A huge thank you to Desmond Talbot for their professionalism and dedication. We have lived in Richmond for 20 years and struggled to find a good gardening and landscaping company in this time. DT are the only company to use for committed staff with plant knowledge and experience to assist with any garden related request be it irrigation, lighting or planting schemes. What a relief to find a team with such a can do attitude and work rate.

Bricklayer

I was contacted promptly by the company with a quote which I was extremey happy with. From the time I agreed to having the work done I was kept completely in-the-loop by Lee, who was an excellent communicator. The work was finished in record time and was exactly what I wanted! I've absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lee and his team to anyone who may be planning to have work done in the vicinity.

We are looking to clean up in front and back of house. Cutting back creeper & hedge, power hosing, removing an old shed. How much is it per hour? We are in SW London. Thank you

Christina, It depends on the level of service that you want Handymen and one man bands can range from £10, whilst if you are looking to engage a proffessional gardening company with trained staff, Public Liability insurance etc etc in place then fees range from £20-40 + Vat per hr per pers + waste removal & disposal. The same applies in this sector as per any other industry in that you will not get best service best product at the cheapest price.
Caroline Hunt's question

Our back garden is currently flagstones and we are looking to replace this with grass and redo the decking. When would be the best time to do this?

If you dont have to do it now then my advise is to hold until Spring. As a proff company you cannot rotivate and level in these current conditions its too wet and muddy and also if the temps drop and there is a frost before the turf has rooted you will need another lawn laid.
