Excellent service , quick and tidy job and very reasonably priced . Scott went out his way to make sure I never went longer than needed without heat or hot water and I would no hesitate to recommend.

  Tried to contact company to get a service on year old boiler that they fitted and couldn't get a hold of them , another company came out to service it and found a few things that hadn't been fitted properly . Never received any original paperwork despite them telling me it was in the post ( that old chestnut).

Wet Room Installation

No one has made contact since completion. shower door slipped and fell out of the hinges I had to buy new hinges and makegood also had a leak at the shower valve and a damaged wall tile and trim which I had to repair. A visit or telephone call after completion would have been appreciated. So far no after sales contact.

  Hi Mr Curdy, thank you for your feedback. As described in text on the original day of your feedback you have made no contact regarding any issues with your shower screen or tiles, our engineer has returned to your property twice since completion of your install to rectify a free good will gesture pre existing issue on our second visit you advised our engineer he had rectified the pre existing leak in his first visit but insisted that he install the part we have supplied free despite no water escape
