Dan has completed both our ensuite and our bathroom to a very high standard and unlike other companies who quoted given us what we wanted not what they provide. Dan was very accomodating at getting the little extras and doing additional works when asked. The only issues were with a drawer front and the cistern lid which were both damaged on delivery and we are still waiting for them tobe replaced 12 weeks on. My only advice would be if there is anything like this keep a reasonable retention back (I paid in full on completion of the main works) otherwise Dan can be a little difficult to get hold of. We did have a leak (not really down to Dan original fitting was in bad condition) which he did responde to very well. It's just having been leaving voicemail on his mobile every two days for the last four weeks with no reply not sure his warrentee is going to be worth very much! All that aside I would still use Dan again as his work is very good and he is very personable.

WE HAD DAN TO DO A FULL BATHROOM RIP OUT AND CHANGE, WE SUPPLIED THE STUFF HE DID THE WORK AS WE HAD BEEN LET DOWN BY ANOTHER TRADESMAN. WE EXPRESSED TO HIM THE FINISH HAD TO BE TOP DRAW AND TRUSTED HIS WORD. THE FINISH WAS NOT TOP DRAW. A LEAK CAUSED OUR KITCHEN CEILING TO COLLAPSE WHICH NEEDED REPLACING, AND AS WE DID NOT WANT HIS PLASTERER TO DO THE WORK AS HE WAS RUDE , WORK WAS POOR AND DIDN'T WANT HIM BACK, WE USED ANOTHER AT THE COST OF 250 AND ANOTHER 250 FOR THE LIGHTING!!!! DAN ASSURED US HE WOULD DO OUR DOWNSTAIRS TOILETFOR THIS EXPENSIVE COCK UP , WHICH HE HELD HIS HANDS UP TO A SCHOOL BOY ERROR. NEVER HAPPENED. NOT HAPPY WITH ANTHING HE'S DONE , POOR FINISH. HE WON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE TO SPEAK TO US. HE OWES ME FOR PLASTERING AND LIGHTING IN THE KITCHEN AND WHATEVER ITS GOING TO COST TO FINISH THE BATHROOM WHICH IS STILL LEEKING. WERE TOO SCARED TO EVEN HAVE A BATH. NICE ONE DAN. THE BEST EXAMPLE OF TALKING THE TALK BUT NOT WALKING THE WALK. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE HAVE WAITED AGES TO WRITE THIS BECAUSE OF AN APPERENT BACK INJURY BUT HAVE SEEN A REVIEW POSTED SINCE.

The customers supplied the bathroom which was very cheap and very poor quality, which made fitting the bathroom 10 times harder. The poor quality of the bathroom suite was the only error overall. I never take money off a customer unless than are 100% happy with a job.

to add to dans comments. 1, we brought everthing for the job , he was more than happy to praise the bathroom while fitting. 2, he held his hand up to a fault of his which caused our kitchen ceiling to be replaced, to which he said he'd do the downstairs toilet, not to look like a free loader we said we would give him extra work in our kitchen so he could earn extra money and not waste his time. now he tell my wife were just looking for something for nothing, we never have and never will. we work hard ouselves and never expect afree ride. 3,the toilet we brought was faulty. the company we purchased it from could not appoligse enough and gave us a full instant refund, at no other point has dan indicated cheap or faulty bathroom.the next one we brought he fitted and it leaked , he came back no leak, dodgy fitting ,not toilet 4, the guy won't answer his phone , passes the blame and goes back on what he says . absolute joke. don't make us out to be cheap skates, we are good people .

Did the complete job in one week, which was great. Very happy with the result. A trustworthy trader who also has a good team of people he uses. Would/will use again for any other jobs I need and would recommend.
