Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
We are very pleased with the excellent work Dean has done for us. He has converted our old bathroom into a walk in shower with a very nice tiled floor instead of a carpet. He has made the room look brighter and more spacious, he was very good at keeping us informed of our options regarding tiling, shower trays, side panels etc, he was also very flexible with little addons we requested and extra small jobs in other rooms (kitchen/en suite). I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who may ask.

Since the job was done in May 2023 there have been a few minor issues. I spoke to the Contractor on 25 Aug 2023 and he agreed to come and fix them and ring me to let me know he was coming. I have had no contact since despite at least 15 attempts by phone/email/text. I am rather disappointed to say the least.

Less than a year after the work was completed we have found signs of poor sealant work around the shower tray and a new tap has the exterior finish falling off.

Just found another leak around the shower fittings which is running onto the shower tray and adding damp so I cannot add sealant to the tray/tile joint. Can't use the shower that is less than a year old - further poor shoddy workmanship. When he last came to fix something he said he wouldn't be in the area again. I retract any previous recommendations.
