A very quick, detailed and precise tradesman. Completed the job professionally and gave all the variables that may reduce my issues in the future.

I was advised the tradesmen would arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 and would telephone 30 mins before arrival.
They arrived around 3:00 with no phone call just as I arrived home.
The standard charge was £174 inc vat which I felt was very expensive.
They did the job in 30mins and then as they found next doors drains blocked they got 2 jobs for the price of one.
The tradesmen were friendly and professional and at the end of the day fixed my blockage.
I would have been delighted if the cost had been around half.

Job done promptly and in friendly manner. Priced up by 2 men, who quoted £275 for plumbing job, based on "half day" rates. in reality initial work took 45 minutes, although hadn't quite solved the issue, so took an extra half hour to resolve. So in total just over an hour's work, still charged full £275 (very little spent in way of parts). Again, company was professional and job very good, but feel I was misled when job was priced up.

Sure I could have saved a lot if i'd shopped around, which I would have if I wasn't misled on size of job.
