Stuart and his team are true professionals, they are a very polite and friendly group! Being in the trade ourselves, Stuart and his team worked alongside us with great efficiency. They have a great work ethic and respond to everything with great knowledge! We will definitely be working alongside Stuart, and his team, at the very first opportunity we get.

Delighted to recommend Dynamix Developments. The job they completed in a four storey converted warehouse, involved delivering all works required to protect resident safety and ensure compliance with a fire risk assessment. Prompt attendance on-site to provide sound advice, very competitive quote, quality workmanship throughout, and leaving the site clean and tidy. Stuart and team genuinely go above and beyond!

Stuart responded very quickly at short notice to do a great job on a damaged door, and also happily took on some extra work at the site. Prices quoted compared very favourably and proved to be great value. Can highly recommend his services.

I obtained a professional and timely quote, which was competitive. On this occasion didn't go ahead with this particular contractor but will certainly in future. I can attest to the fact that Dynamix are professional and reliable.

Stuart is a really friendly guy and did a fantastic job at replacing my garage roof. He contacted me really quickly and the job was completed by the following weekend! I was really impressed with the quality of the work and he cleared away all the rubbish at the end of the job. I would thoroughly recommend him!

's question

I like this bungalow but hate the kitchen. The kitchen is 14'2" x 8'3" (4.32m x 2.51m) I want to replace it with a new unit, paint wall and porcelain tiles for the floor. What the rough ballpark figure and anything else I should include or missed out.

Hi Simon, It all depends on what specification of kitchen you want, for example if units come pre built or flat pack, integrated appliances or free standing,if plumbing/electrical work needs to be altered in any way.The fitter would really need to see it to be honest thanks stuart

How are creaking floors fixed? Who fixes them. Not boards but more like sheets of wood. Damaged when having heating system pipes installed.

Hi john Often the squeaking noise is cause by nails rubbing on the timber. If you screw the existing boards down into the joists that should stop it.failing that you may have to lift the boards ,Fit extra noggins and use hippo glue then fit boards back down to guaranteed a fix Thanks Stuart
