Jason was a bit delayed on his first visit but he phoned to explain that there was a traffic problem so it was not his fault. I was very pleased with his work, which completely solved my problem.

Jason was very helpful with his advice and diagnosis of my problem. He spent time explaining things and walking me through the process of fixing it on my own. Really appreciated that he offered options and didn't hard sell me anything. I would recommend him to others.

Jason quickly called me and asked a few questions. He then quoted me and we agreed he would call the following day. I was very pleased with Jason's communication and level of knowledge and skill. He very quickly installed the satellite dish. He then tested it and realised there was an issue with the connection which we were not aware of but he then fixed. He also wore a mask and was mindful of social distancing rules. I would definitely recommend Jason.

Vikki Ryan's question

I have a humax feeesat box which is connected to a dish. I don’t want to use this, I want a terrestrial tv on my smart tv. I don’t know if I have an aerial in my flat to pick up terrestrial TV. How much would this cost to install ?

  • JASON BAILEY's Answer

Ange Greenwood's question

Is it usual to pay 50% of the cost of the job upfront for materials if you have found the tradesperson on facebook and don't have a recommendation from a friend?

  • JASON BAILEY's Answer
    Fri 10 Apr 2020 10:43am

No I wouldn’t do that to be honest Without recommendations it’s a risk You can use staged payments ie You buy the materials once agreed progress is made then pay that way to protect yourself
