poor quality, new Ariel installed guy put boosters in but didn't solve the problem, 1 year on and I have had to get another Ariel and cable installed,

Im not 100% sure you have the right company. We did do a job for you in 2017 so 4 years ago and if there was an issue with that job then we didn't receive any feedback as I have been through all of our records.
