Ian did such an amazing job! I honestly can’t thank him enough. 5 stars for everything. Considering my room shape was very awkward he made it look lovely and I’m so grateful that he dedicated himself to the job.

Ian was very professional, fast, worked through lunch break and completed the job in lightning speed. At the end he cleaned the floor. He is also trustworthy, he stuck to the price he quoted, there is no messing about. Very pleased with the laminate flooring and I definitely will be hiring again.

Ian, provided a very clear quote with a full explanation of options. The whole process of how the work was to be carried out, was extremely clear. As soon I as confirmed the work, the start date I requested was confirmed. Arriving on time. We had our office, hallway and living room fitted with engineered flooring on a bonded floor. The work carried out was to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend Ian’s extremely high standards and quality of flooring supplied. Thank you Ian

Ian did a superb job. He was very considerate to our needs and we could not have asked for anybody better. He did the flooring in record time, in fact I couldn't believe how fast he did the job in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate in recommending him to any of my friends. I am so pleased that he did the flooring for us as I don't think anybody could top him. I wish him well for the future.

I needed someone very quickly to lay laminate flooring in 2 rooms together with a built in wardrobe and walk in wardrobe so quite complex. Ian responded quickly and despite being many miles away from the job, was prepared to come and quote with no obligations whatsoever. Ian`s price was competitive and he fitted in with our schedule perfectly and was very obliging and gave good advice. Very professional job and great attention to detail. I would certainly use Ian again and recommend to others. Excellent job

Ian responded very fast, inspected the are required flooring, advised on the options we had, explained advantages and disadvantages. Ian purchased and delivered all the materials required, installed it in a very professional way. He was extremely efficient, well organised, equipped with all the tools required. We are very pleased with the new flooring in our hall, dining & sitting room areas. Ian was very prompt in contacting us initially and came round late to give us advice. Returning the next day to give us a quotation. The work was not easy because the previous owner of our house thought he was good at DIY and was mean, so there were problems to overcome. Ian did all this. Always professional and we were impressed with his technical knowledge and practical problem solving. He's returning for more jobs.

Very pleased with my new solid oak floor. Ian is clearly very experienced at his job and hardworking, finishing my large lounge floor as well as painting ceiling, walls and bookcases within 6 days. Price slightly more than estimate due to uneven base floor and need for screeding however Ian discussed any issues arising in a timely manner, Nice guy and pleasant nature. Helped me replace heavy furniture items on completion. Happy to recommend.

We wanted a quality finish and Ian achieved that for us, his work has been excellent and we are so pleased with the finish he achieved. His communication throughout the engagement was exemplary and he was spot on with his estimation of the time required to complete the job. Ian was excellent putting down the floor that I employed him to do. After the job, he offered to decorate for me as he hadn't got another job to go directly onto. The decorating job became extremely expensive and each item was charged individually. Very sadly, the job has not been finished although full payment was made as requested. I have tried to discuss this with Ian but sadly he is unable to offer an explanation or reimbursement for the incomplete works which probably only amount to £250.00! :(

I am extremely disappointed to have received this rating from this customer despite my best efforts to go back and finish all outstanding snags. This customer did not return any of my calls or reply to my e mails in a timely way and, has such, now berated me for my efforts which, is grossly unfair. I have copies of all the correspondence sent requesting for a call back to arrange a time to come back and finish off outstanding works. Not once whilst i was on site did this customer raise any issue of my work.
