The job turned out to be more than I had anticipated, but Tomasz was able to do the job at a significantly higher cost than the initial estimate. Reasonably satisfied with the job. I suggest agree on the payment mode and milestones in advance. He is otherwise a professional builder.

He quoted me 3300 for work and wanted 2500 deposit upfront to start the work in two weeks time ridiculous
