We used Fine Design Flooring to have some carpets laid thoughout our house. David and his team were highly professional and a dream to work with. He was very accommodating in coming out to meet us and provide a quote, as well as ensuring we were happy with the carpets we chose. We are thrilled with the work he and his team have done and would highly recommend. Very nice people too.

David arrived on time with various samples to hand. He took measurements and provided a reasonable quote, making recommendations based on lifestyle and choice (e.g. rented house etc.). He was polite, curteous, patient and on time. He liaised with me via email to sort arrangements for fitting of carpet and payment. He responded promptly to all queries. Unfortunately the fitting was delayed as the carpet which he received from the manufacturers was marked. Fitters came and were polite. Overall, great work
