Zak, came on the 7th August, more than a month ago and although he gave me a higher quote, I agreed him to start to do the job. He took away one of the windows to for replacement and the handle of another window which we can not close since then promising that he will be back in a couple of days to complete what he started with parts and materials required to fix the leaks and the rest. ?t has been more than a month and I am still waiting, promised to come twice so far but never showed up. Very disappointing. Zak's quote was high but we went with it based on the promises of good job. In reality the quality of the work was poor an he was unreliable. Left some jobs unfinished and failed to come back to remedy the issues. We regret giving him the work.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Took a deposit from us to replace our flat roof and then didn’t return to do the job. Have been unable to contact him since. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT USE.

An excellent job completed by Zak and the team - redoing two flat roofs, (boarding, fibreglass and resin finish) in record time and with tricky conditions. They were hard working, courteous and professional and tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend their services. We could not be happier with the work they have done.

Zak came round to view the job quickly, carried out the job on the day (fixing leaking window / roof) and was fairly priced with advice on preventative measures. Great service, highly recommend.
