Waste Removal
Really good. He was early, worked fast, friendly, and was adaptable and willing to do a little more work than what I previously asked for. And all for a fair price. Very good, would recommend.
Garage Conversion
Steve did a garage conversation for me quality of work very good however didn’t finish job left me with extra expense he frequently didn’t turn up when he said and was always asking for his money before due date despite him setting the payment schedule. He has also left me without the electrical certificate I need to get the building regs signed off and despite trying to contact him he never responds he didn’t clear his rubbish I have had a considerable expense to finish the job I paid for
Floor Tiling
Steve made an absolutely fantastic job of laying kitchen floor, installing underfloor heating and the tiling a large kitchen area (approx. 26m2). The attention to detail was excellent as was the price! They even constantly cleaned the tiles before they left - I would definitely highly recommend S Booth Developments for their competitive pricing, reliability and high quality of work - nice guys too!
House Extension
Steve and his team have really delivered during a very difficult and challenging time; the standard of workmanship and level of detail has been outstanding; not one day missed during a large single story extension and many additional orders placed during the build due to the high level of craftsmanship and reliability of performance. Steve has now built and installed a fantastic front fence with electrically operated 5 bar gate, slabbed all my decking and landscaped throughout. Absolutely brilliant!
