Mr Badhan I must say I am dissapointed with this outrageous review. I came to site, provided a quotation and answered any follow up questions that you put to me. My understanding is that we are awaiting further instruction from yourself. To clarify for readers, FocalPoint have not carried out any works for Mr Badhan. There is every chance that this review is aimed at a different company and had been left on our page in error.

Mr Pepper. Did you not read my email giving the go ahead to commence start on my property? All I asked if I could my use own scaffolding company, to which replied yes, and from there absolutely no further emails from yourself. Just very very disappointed after all the reviews I read.

Excellent. I really felt confident speaking to Nathan about the job. He quoted quickly. I contacted him when planning permission came through for other works, he was very accommodating time wise. His team used proper tools for the job, not an adapted screwdriver to rake out the joints, so the repointing was to a constant depth of 20mm all around. Not a cheap job but when you see it’s done properly and the amount of work involved you don’t mind paying. Good job by a team team mindful of tenants and public.

A first class job from start to finish - Nathan's communication was excellent, when he said he'd return my call he did, and when the day of the work commenced, I was not disappointed - great prep work to protect property and arrived very promptly indeed. Wouldn't hesitate to use Focalpoint again in the future. Many thanks.
