Vasil and his team (Emsi) have done a terrific job re-decorated my entire first floor which started off with removing 2 chimney breasts efficiently followed by laying laminate flooring. Each step of the way has been communicated and executed to exceed my expectation. Highly recommended. Will definitely bring Vasil back again when I start my ground floor extension work.

We recommend f.p. contractor for their reliability, speed and ability to brilliantly accommodate last minute request, even the most difficult one such as demolish a loading bearing wall. We hired them for the throughout refurbishment of our new home (3 bedroom semidetached house), including removal of a whole chimney and refurbishment of the bathroom. From demolish to decoration, they have done all in a very short time and over Christmas period. Thanks for the amazing job!

Vasil is a true professional with exceptionally high standards. I was originally quoted a week by another painter however Vasil quoted 2-3 days and got it finished in 2. I am extremely happy with the results, great price, very quick and the quality of the workmanship exceptional. I would defiantly recommend him and would absolutely use him again.

Vasil and his team were exceptional from start to finish. Flooring, full decorating and wall panelling were done to a very high standard. We were kept informed on developments and advice on the best possible cost effective solution. Vasil and his team were honest, considerate, and highly experienced, and the works were completed within time frame set. I would highly recommend F.P. Vasil and his tiler are absolutely fantastic guys, who i can honestly say are very reliable, trustworthy, patient and very honest guys. They done a full bathroom tiling job for me which was completed within 2 days and the final result was very very impressive, and i'm a very critical guy. You did an awesome job when it comes to the tiling on the floor and tiling on the walls, really professional and very quick. The best and quickest builder I have met. It’s not a problem to stay till late as long as the job is finished, that’s his mindset. I have met a lot of builders and you’re the only one of all those I could recommend to work with. The work as per the brief was to re-furbish a London split level flat, walls, skirting, floors, bannister, surfaces, shelving, wallpaper stripping, and then some handyman jobs such as sealant, grouting, door re-alignment etc. The job was completed by Vasil and his team to an extremely high standard and the flat was returned to us as scheduled looking like new. An amazing facelift the property has been given. I give this outfit the highest recommendation, you will not be disappointed.

The work to my back and front garden was carried out to my specifications, with the support of George who would kindly look at my ideas for the tiles which I would send him and he would advise me as to whether they were appropriate or not.
