Really pleased with the work Gary did for me. Cleared the blockage I'd called him for and he also discovered a further blockage further down the drainage system which I didn't know about. Expertly dealt with and now all looks good. Would definitely use Gary again and would be happy to recommend him.

Not sure how best to do this rating. Gary came out at short notice, although the job was low priority, new years eve. Assessed the problem of a blocked drain being due to a shared drain and therefore the responsibility of Severn Trent. They came out a week or two later at further cost to me and identified that the drain actually had a plug the original builders installed. We agreed a partial refund of Gary's bill.
