Responded to my request quickly and professionally. When they visited their review of the situation was honest and sensible and I realised they were credible and knowledgeable. The heating is fixed and working and back to how it was when new. I'd recommend them to friends and family but more importantly they'll be the first company I use in future for any heating or plumbing problems.
