  I told your father that i would be back when we can to fit him in as we did not have a matching tile to fit around the fan, he said no bother I'm always in the house i will come and put any white tile in as its a two minute job ,but it will look a bit of an eyesore

  I have down graded Richard because he got in touch with me after my last rating to arrange a time and date to finish my job and it was arranged to be done yesterday morning at 10am. At 12oclock I rang him to ask why he hasn't been and he told me that he sent someone else to do the job but no one came. I sent him a message at 18.33 last night and are still waiting for a reply at 1.45pm today.
