Responded quickly and acted quickly in delivering the required work, which seems ok but a written guarantee was promised I have not received this nor any response to my chasing texts requesting it, which is worrying me.

Said they would quote and never got in touch (it's been 5 days). This is the third time in a month we have contacted this company & they have let us down each time. First we contacted them directly & they never responded, second time they said they would come round to take a look at the job & never turned up or contacted us at all. Now they respond to a RatedPeople job post, say they wish to quote and don't respond. Unprofessional and should not be responding to jobs & letting people down.

Workmanship ok. Clean up could have been better. Price was alright but extras was for wall over door needed doing. They turned up on time and was finished on time.

The appointment was for 10.00am, they arrived at 9.55 So top marks for that. They did a first class job. They stuck to the price that Matthew had quoted. They left the property clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend them. Many thanks Max Danby 4th. January 2019

Good job done on the guttering and fascia. Unfortunately never came back to fit a tile we had discussed to be done and were quoted a price on. Not very good communication. Missed out on quoting for the front of the house being painted also as never heard from them

Initially quoted £350.00 for a repair before suddenly being informed the job was significantly larger and required more work (having already been in the roof and looked at the work). I was informed the job would be an additional £3500.00. Needless to say I’ve had another firm complete the work for £750.00.

Mathew gave me an idea of the price to expect over the phone and came the next day and did the work,i found the service excellent as I live in an area where some tradesmen wont even turn up to give you an estimate !

Fantastic service! Matt was round straight away to quote to carry out some repairs to our roof and guttering. He carried out work the following day as planned. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we definitely hope to use them again when we replace our roof next year. Thanks so much.

Mr Giles returned the NEXT DAY to do the work. He modified a plastic component to make the job far easier than I would have thought - slashing the cost of what I had expected to face. I could clearly see that the way he fitted it meant it was still very effective. He is resourceful and competent and professional.

Called at 10am, quoted and said he could source recycled slates next week and do the job next week. 3 hours later called to say he had sourced slates and was on site. Job complete 9 hours after first visit! First class service and workmanship.

Very prompt response to my ad and came to see the problem the next morning. Seemed confident and competent so we asked him to do the job. All in, the job, from first visit to completion, was less than three hours. All seems fine so quite happy! He pointed out another small problem around the chimney but there was no pressure for us to accept the quote from him. We probably will ask 'Giles Brothers' to do it when we are ready.
