GLYNN CAME TO DADS HOME TO EITHER REPLACE TOILET PAN OR TWEAK IT, IT GETS BLOCKED EASY, GLYNN TOLD US JOB COMPLETE AND CHARGED DAD £120, THE TOILET STILL HAS ITS PROBLEM, TOLD GLYNN, HE TOLD US WHERE TO BUY NEW PAN , TO GO BUY IT AND HE WILL FIT, I ASK HIM IF HE WOULD GET IT HE SAID NO, WORRIED HE GOT STUCK WITH IT IF IT DIDN'T WORK, HIS WORDS, WE COULDN'T COS IM DISABLED AND DAD IS ELDERLY AND ILL WITH CANCER, WE DON'T HAVE TRANSPORT, WE WILL NOT BE USING JONES AGAIN, NOT PROFESSIONAL JOB DONE, DISAPOINTED
