I have a gutter to one side of the property which leaks when it rains. Just drips but needs fixing. I have also to the garage/utility room guttering needing fixing /replacing
Do not know which category this work falls under
How much area do I need to leave on a landing area to allow access to a bedroom which will enable good fire exit allowance and scope to move furniture in and out? I would like to knock down the current wall and extend the bedroom out onto part of the landing if possible. Thank you.
Can I remove / shorten and seal off a shared chimney stack with a next door neighbour with their permission? And what sort of money are we talking about?

yes you can remove it as long as two parties agree.price will depend on how high the chimney is and how much scaffold if any is required,as this usually the most expensive part of the job, could be anything from a thousand to three thousand
Beyond the house is a crazy paved patio. Not perfect but can be cleaned up. After that the garden slopes away from the house with dips in various places. We would like to level this area off and lay to lawn. What is the best way to achieve this?
