Ben and Tom are very professional and by speaking to them it shows they have knowledge and experience in the work they do. This was clear to see by the high standard of work they produced when replacing my fire. They kept the work place and my home clean whilst carrying out the work and explained what they were doing step by step. True professionals, value for money and one of the best firms I have used in a long time. I will definately be using them again.

A superb and thorough job done and very competitively priced. Very clean and tidy and even oohed and aahed in all the right places at my children's halloween costumes, Thanks Tom! I am very pleased about finding this plumbing company I felt confident in their knowledge and their ability to solve the problem with my heating but there was no hard sell, they even suggested that it wouldn't be the expensive solution that i thought, they suggested much cheaper solutions to the problem. Will definately use again

I would not recommend this tradesman at all, prices that don't add up !£48 to fix a shower tap which still didn't work properly originaly had stated £30 max for less than 20 mins work. The next time fitted three replacement shower valves for £15 each,hows that work out less, then wipes bill by taking the unused riser kits, then charges £40 for balancing heating system. £165 to fit a kettle tap when the next most expensive is £90, £1600 for an entire system when the ZipIt quotes half that to install!
