I had a problem of black mould in kitchen and bathroom of a flat I let out caused by previous tenants turning off ventilation fans in windowless bathroom. Graham got rid of the black mould and repainted as necessary and, separately, repainted the living room of the flat. He did an absolutely excellent job and with no fuss or bother, and was so easy to deal with and so reasonable - I was the one being difficult! Absolutely recommend him.
