Punctual. Discussed as he worked to keep me informed of progress and issues. Solutions found and satisfactory report written to match his completed work. Without the solutions, I would not wish any electrician to accept outstanding issues with electrics as acceptable. So making sure solutions are in place is essential for all electrical issues identified. Then a satisfactory report on his completed work also reflected his satisfactory work is complete.
