We also offer an in-house architectural and design service including structural calculations if required.

(1) Left a chimney breast on 1st floor unsupported below. Condemned by 2 structural engineers. Needed rework, at my cost (2) Double bonded wall incorrectly built as two single walls. Didn't satisfy engineers design. Needed rework. (3) Steel connection design not followed, requiring much rework (4) Damage caused to neighbours property due to oscillating powertools used on party wall (contrary to my instructions) 60% compensated after much debate (5) Damage to my house was not communicated nor compensated

Garage Conversion
We had a garage conversion over the course of a month. Excellent work, coordination and advice throughout. The team let me know when they would be on site and were always on time, courteous and tidied up after themselves. Value for money!
House Extension
Richard and his team have built us a lovely first floor rear and side extension and remodelled the existing ground floor kitchen and bathroom to create a great new living space. All of the trades who worked on the build were professional and punctual and finished their work to a high standard. During the build we had to make several changes to the original plans and we felt that Richard and the team did a great job in making constructive suggestions on how to modify and improve the plans. A Great Team!!
Home Improvements
Very poor quality work and when it goes wrong, you can chase them as much as you want but will not hear from them. We got out kitchen re-done with them last autumn, the door they installed does not open or close, and the tiles are coming off. Took me over 5 months of chasing to get them to even come a see it and then they have completely disowned responsibility. Avoid!
Home Improvements
We used Greenlowe to completely renovate our house. They were professional from the first meeting to the end of the project. The undertook all aspects of the work from walls coming down and reconfiguration, rewire, replumb, fireplace installation * 4, floorboard sanding, bathroom installation and a full decoration. All work was excellent, on time and to budget. I would fully recommend Greenlowe for any work and have more work I will get them to do immediately.
