Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
I was called back the same day and the heating engineer turned up on time and provided a quote to investigate the problem (lack of hot water to the taps in the office) He then returned on the day stated to complete the work on time. The work was completed within the budget stated. The Heating Engineer was pleasant and helpful and in my view did a very good job. I have given up using local so called "plumbers" from now on and will use this company Mark Griffin-Managing Director Maclachlan Solicitors

Rating remains the same , contractor called the cust arranged to go out the 1st august 2016 then the cust cancelled stating they had a family friend to do the work

Arrived when they said, carried out superb work and took the time to explain to me some of the problems left by the previous house owner Cannot fault, and will use again!

I asked for a job under £100 which I believed to be a fair price for the job in hand. Instead I got a tradesman who deliberately made an hour job last over two hours................ Having been in the Building Trade all of my life I can't be fooled that easy............. I will never use Rated People again.

Sorry....... but I described my requirements very precisely before I engaged Greenstar but the visiting Tradesman still found it necessary to go away from site and charge his "spares collection" time to me, almost an extra hour. Having worked in the Building Industry all of my working life I can recognise when a job is being "stretched" in order to increase the costs to be charged. Never again..........Greenstar.........
