Greg did a fantastic job on laying our Kardean flooring. He prepared our floorboards first by laying the plywood before gluing the Kardean flooring on top to a high standard. He was very efficient and worked consistently hard throughout the day. There was minimal mess and he left everything clean and tidy once he had finished. We will be using him again.

After a couple of weeks of laying our Kardean flooring our downstairs neighbours informed us that they had water pouring through their ceiling. Upon inspection, and after ripping up a vast majority of our new flooring, it was found that the 25mm nails that Greg had used to fix the plywood down to the 18mm floorboards had PUNCTURED A WATER PIPE in 2 places. Once Greg was informed of this he has taken NO RESPONSIBILITY for this whatsoever and has NO INSURANCE to pay us. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I needed my carpet to be fitted as soon as possible. I have posted the job yesterday at 00:00 and Greg came in the morning at 7 to do it. All of the edges are neat and the carpet was done properly. He gave me a cheap price to do everything and he also cleaned after himself. He left the rooms ready to put the furniture in! Excellent floor layer!!
