Plaster Skimming
Called & arranged a survey of the job for my quote, never showed up. Called & arranged another survey, waited in all doy for them to not show up again. Tried to call several time but the phone number I had & had used said "not in use". I will not be using Grey's Plastering.

I did call! arranged you were on nights also stated I was working in a restricted area also my dad tried to call to say he will be late but no service! hence why you couldn't get hold I was wanting to re arrange for another time after Xmas! as the work wasn't required till January and I live 20 mile away sorry you feel this way as we have a good reputation as my feedback states! I'm sorry there was a communication error ! I was going to call you but obviously you have made your mind up! thanks again!.

Peter couldn't do enough to sort out the slight communication problems we initially had. He went out of his way to come over to look at the job taking time out of his busy schedule, making a 50 mile round trip to come to my home. I can't recommended Grey's more highly.
