Carpenter / Joiner

Jeff did a very good, professional job. And made himself available promptly to help out with an urgent job. He was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend. And be happy to use his services again.

Jeff is a complete joy! He communicates, is helpful and totally reliable; and the quality of his work is excellent. It is evident that his practice is backed up by years of study and experience, and this shows in the results. I am so delighted with my floor that I am recommending Jeff to anyone who wants a new floor. In addition, Jeff is such a cheerful person that he is a pleasure to have around. Many thanks Jeff.

Floor fitters

Very pleased with the work. The job took a bit longer than expected but this was due to parking restrictions and not the tradesman. Very pleased with the floor.

Good quality work with unreliable timing and attendance. Will not finish the job on time and will demand more money than initially agreed. Totally unacceptable!

Carpenter / Joiner

Jeff did a superb job of laying engineered wood flooring in what was quite a fiddly room shape in my 1906 recently extended property. He did excellent work on fitting new skirting boards complete with lots of 45 degree corners. He turned up promptly and had a very good work ethic. I would definitely recommend him as an excellent floor fitter and Carpenter. The quality of his finish was overall superb.

I was really anxious about having the kitchen floor redone, as the tiles had been down since before the kitchen was fitted Jeff gave me a really good quote, no hidden or unexpected costs the floor looks fantastic, superb job two and a half years after my kitchen was fitted, it now feels like it is finally finished Very tidy, cleaned up, finished the job in the time he said it would take I would recommend Jeff to anyone with flooring needs, I'd definitely use Jeff again in the future. 5 stars all round

How do you fill in the gaps in pine floor boards?

Normal practice is to save sawdust after sanding.mixed in with recommeneed floor glue.then trowel the floor.then re sand. I have done projects if the gap is to big then slithers of wood are used.another way is to use rope.regards Guild Flooring
