  Alarm developed a fault a year later. Asked Phil if he could have a look at it for me any many occasions, but he didn't reply to any of my messages.

  The after sales was very poor. My alarm developed a fault so I asked him if he could take a look for me, but never replied to any of my messages. Left with an alarm with the same fault I started out with.
