Terrible communication. Had a very expensive initial visit but was told that would be offset against the repair costs. Was told I would be called the same day with more details of actual repai but never got a call. Called them twice over a week to chase. Never anyone there who could help. Always someone else's problem who never rang back. Have to find another company to do the repair. They were all very friendly but an expensive mistake to use Plumb London.

Edit - after I published the review below they rang me up, apologised and gave me a full refund for the money I had spent. Was a wasted week waiting for a call back from them, to then hear that the diagnosis of the fault had changed, but fair play to them for holding their hands up. ------------------------ Terrible comms. Had an expensive initial visit. Was told that would be offset against the actual repair. Was told I would be called the same day to arrange actual repair. Never got a call back.
