Good overall service and good value. My diverter valve head failed, first engineer did not have the part so unfortunately had to wait almost 2 days. Second engineer came with the part, all done in 10 minutes, quite efficient and friendly. The one-off service package (£149) is good value for this type of problem. Hopefully next time engineer should always have parts with them. Nevertheless, I would use this company again in the future.

I booked and paid for a Saturday morning appointment but this was changed when the confirmation e.mailed arrived. I only booked with this company as I was booked in for a morning only appointment & had I been informed at the time, I had to stay in all day on a Saturday, I would not have used this company.

when booked said would be done within 72 hrs . had call from booking team earliest appointment 14 days . requires immediate payment but take 5 days to refund . in my experience waste of time . over promise and under deliver

I was asked 3 times to ring a number to confirm the booking for a boiler service which I had already paid for and confirmed, each time I just got music on the line. The boiler was serviced but we were told the flue was unsafe, the gas fitter said that he could not fix it and neither could his company, we had to get another firm to put the flue right. I would not recommend this company.
