Gerald has recently completed a flat roof re-installation to a Tenanted property. Gerald was extremely responsive, honest and up-front with us, providing alternative solutions to help reduce overall costs. He and his Team undertook the work in a very polite and professional manor, which we greatly valued as we did not want to create any distress with the Tenants. Gerald completed the work on time and on price. Would certainly recommend him to others.

Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Gerald took initial videos of the work to be done on our roof and then videos of the repairs as he did them. They were a great help for us. He was polite, friendly and punctual and reasonably priced so we would definitely recommend him.

I would thoroughly recommend Gerald. We spoke on the phone, he identified the issue, he arrived the next day, quoted for the job and started work an hour later. Polite, professional and knowledgeable service. Would use again.
Chimney Building / Repair
Chimneys repaired and capped as requested. Water had been entering the house and this problem has now gone away despite heavy rain. Good and efficient job.
