Electrician

Job done on time. Not much care taken when cutting out for new sockets, skirting was damaged and rough edges around sockets. Friendly guys and prompt.

Hello I am sorry that you felt that way we always take the upmost care when carrying out work. We asked if you was happy and you said you was if there had been a problem we would have done all we could to resolve it. Sometimes due to drilling behind skirting boards skirting boards have nicks out of them this can only be avoided completely by removing the skirting boards that would be more than likely result in damage. Electrician

He came quickly to asses the job and arrived on time on the agreed date. The job took all day as he completely replaced all the meters and old consumer units. He has fitted a new unit which is working perfectly.However he did not accept cheques so we had no way of paying him the £400 agreed price. In the end we had to email his wife with the money using pay pal. The really BAD news is that we have not heard from him again. We have no receipt for the job. No certificate or paperwork he said he would email it

Certificates were sent to the client via email and job registered online as these are done in batches due to the high amounts we do. Unfortunately we only accept bank transfer, Cash and coming soon card payment. The client is very happy with his install and has all the documentation required. Regards Kelvin
