At the time of this rating from the customer this is still a live and outstanding installation that has been affected by both the weather and obviously the Covid restrictions that we are working under. We are very disappointed with this customers lack of patience and understanding for the situation we find ourselves in at the moment and would prefer for any review of our company, to be given after the installation is complete as all our other reviews have been. Sorry my patience isn’t good but you didn’t tell me that I would be waiting for 2 months for any work to be started and no communication in a month as to when it would begin. On this estate I have seen three houses have there fascia replaced.

We completely understand that at the moment, nerves and patience might be getting a bit stretched and obviously we have no influence or knowledge about other work that has been done around the locality.
