Ian came round to look at some damaged tiles. After discovering we couldn’t get the same tile anymore we bit the bullet and asked him about re-tiling the whole bath area.
Nothing was too much trouble for Ian. Great practical advice. A top guy and a really fantastic job. The wife’s happy and that’s the main thing!! Haha. Can’t recommend him highly enough!!

Ian is a really lovely and professional guy. Prompt in his initial contact and the quote. He did an absolutely fantastic job on our kitchen walls. So much so we asked for the floor to be done too. Highly recommended and will certainly call again for the bathroom

Ian is a lovely guy, gave fair, totally honest advice and quoted accordingly. He advised us which products were best for our needs, we agreed a day for installation, he arrived promptly, got the job done quickly and cleanly, cleared up after himself too and even moped the floor once he had totally finished .would recommend him to anyone and would definately use him again

Ian made an appointment to come and view the job. He didn't turn up, apparently he'd lost the address. We made a second appointment and onxe again he didn't turn up, no explanation or other contact this time. We have decided that if he can't be bothered to turn up for appointments then he is unlikely to turn up to do the job. We are still looking.
In reply to Neil's comment, I did indeed not show up to the second arranged appointment. I was attending the birth of my first child on the arranged day. I genuinely forgot about it and have since contacted Neil to apologise.
