Gas Boiler - Installation
I was concerned about using a new company but Marc Burrows, a director, seemed extremely competent and confident, was keen to win the business and assured us he could accommodate our schedule, so we signed the contract on 9/2/2016 to have our boiler replaced and relocated on 21/03/16. Since then there has been no further contact. He has not replied to e-mails or text messages, phone calls unreturned both mobile and head office, and no-one turned up to do the job. Totally unreliable, do NOT use, ever!

cannot fault this company, they were very prepared and kept me up to date during their time in my house with how it was going and answered any questions i had. i would definitely go to them again if i had any other work that i need to be done. i would recommend them so make sure you employ them.

Excellent service from start to finish, kept us informed during the whole process of removal of old boiler and fitting of new Combi boiler, also removal of old hot water cistern and pipework, two brilliant workers who never stopped all day until job completed. Would deffinately use this company again if needed. Thanks.

Money was not an issue for our new combi boiler, it was how soon the plumbers could do the job, these guys turned up two days after agrement and compleated the instalation in less than one day. two really nice, compitant plumbers, did the instalation to a very high standard, everything was explained to us about the new boiler before they left. i could not recomend this firm enough, fast, economical and a very high standard of work. oh, and honest as well, they gave very good advice on technical matters.
