Estimate provided promptly following site visit; was detailed and easy to understand. Arrived on time; job finished in good time; no overrun or unexpected delays. Everything explained in simple terms - no techy talk. Carefully moved anything that was in their way and replaced it afterwards. Showed before/after photos of work (job was on the roof/chimney). Removed all rubbish; site left tidy. Very polite. Awaiting rain and wet weather to judge result of chimney repair. Awaiting guarantee.

James refurbished the fascia & soffit boards on our terraced house. The job included fitting a new gutter to our porch and painting the downpipes as well as porch pillars. His quote was competitive and included all the good quality materials and paint. James was very reliable and kept us informed about delays due to weather. He works independently, thoroughly and has an eye for the detail. The job was done in less than three days. Would definitely use him again for any kind roofing work, highly recommended!
