Tree Surgeon

Had three large trees pruned back (long overdue) and Jamie did a great job. Great communications throughout, very reasonable, and he tidied up afterwards so you’d never known he’d been (apart from the very neat looking trees). Thank you. Will definitely use J A Treeworks again for our other trees. Highly recommended.

Gardener / Landscape gardeners

Jamie and his team were happy to discuss what needed doing and made some valuable and knowledgeable suggestions. They were hard working and polite. We are very pleased with the job done. A really neat peace of work with the area being left clean and tidy.......we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Tree Surgeon

Professional workmanship. All Health and Safety Requirements adhered to. Extremely knowledgeable about his field. Careful articulate work. Quality was outstanding. Did what was required and left site in immaculate condition. The price was the most affordable and best price compared to 8 local quotations. We will be using his services again for quality of work, professionalism and price.

Tree Surgeon

Really pleased with his promptness and excellent work carried out, even down to the tidying up after. Well chuffed. Would highly recommend him to others if asked. Intend keeping his card for any future work, when required. Jamie is a very likable person.

Gardener / Landscape gardeners

I really impressed with the service that J.A. Treeworks provide two very pleasant and polite men. My job was small, but was something that I really couldn't do myself. I have been waiting for this job to be done for three years but decided to pay to have it done. I am soo glad I did! I registered the job and within a day or so they were in contact and able to do it that day. really do appreciate the job they did and would highly recommend them and their service. I know what company I'm using next time.

Gardener / Landscape gardeners

Arrived on time and set to straight away, despite the rain. Hard working and conscientious. Coped easily with my jungle of a garden and managed to take away a vast load of trimmings and associated waste. Trimmed out quite a lot of dead wood on a mature hazel, turning the resultant logs into a Bug Hotel! Would invite Jamie and Aaron back for any similar work.

Hi Costs vary per company and job. Each job has different factors like: access to the area, plant and vehicles needed, number of people needed on site. The list is endless. However, I do have some advice for you and that would be to gain at 3 different quotes from tree surgeons. A smaller company would generally offer a better quote than the bigger companies because they have less overheads to pay. I hope this helps jamie

My back garden Is severely overrun by blackberry bushes, how do I get rid of these?

Hi Sharon Depending on how dense the brambles are depends on what tool, would be the appropriate tool. Thick and dense brambles would be best cut out using power tools such as brush cutters, hedge trimmers or a chain saw. Less dense brambles could be tackled with some Garden shears and a pair of heavy duty gloves. if you feel like you have a severe problem it may be worth getting a professional in to offer a free quote ... something I can offer. I wish you all the best
