James has been a rare find in a builder. Apart from excellent work, James is a great communicator keeping us informed, kept to his word so found him to absolutely trustworthy keeping to days and times of working and keeping to agreed works and no over charging, leaving the site everyday very neat and tidy. We will certainly be using him again for other renovation work. The bathroom looks great. thank you

Professional Job well done by James's Team. The inside of a two storey terraced house completely refurbished - walls painted and floors sanded and stained, some electrical work done Outside painted and new patio laid. A friendly hardworking team who did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.
