I'm changing my rating because: Just after James had left I noticed that a skylight window had not had its interior wooden frame replaced. I contacted him and he said that he would be back next week to do it. Trusting him I paid his account and gave him a good review as his work and approach had been good. Three weeks on and he hasn't returned to finish the job....he doesn't even reply to my text msgs. So, it seems that he has no intention of finishing the job. Very disappointed! No longer recommend.
