James was a friendly individual and a good communicator who responded promptly to any enquiry about the job. He kept us regularly informed of when he would be attending the property to progress the repairs. His quote was most reasonable and we were pleased with the completed works.

James contacted us very quickly, examined our roof, explained what the job would entail and showed us a portfolio of his work and his insurance. He kept in contact, turned up when he said he would and did a very neat and professional job. Replacement tiles were carefully matched and thoughtfully placed to make the repair as inconspicuous as possible. He even invited my husband to climb up the scaffolding to inspect the work at close range. We would have no hesitation in having James do other work for us.
