I was very happy with John as an individual, gave me excellent advice with regards to extending my warranty, arranged a time to fit the boiler to suited me and cleaned up everything including taking all the rubbish away. Was a gentleman throughout the whole process, would highly recommend him.

John was here all day, did everything himself without the need for 2 plumbers or an electrician. His advise was perfect, and I now have the benefit of a new boiler, hot water and a plumber who I will use from today on. Thanks!
