John took the job at very short notice and this was extremely helpful to me. He arrived at the agreed time and got straight on with the work. The standard of his work was excellent. He explained to me what he was doing and kept me in the picture at all times. Very friendly nature but no time wasting. Cleaned everything up at the finish. Highly recommended. First rate.

John did a brilliant job, he was quick to respond, friendly and very professional. In addition he was flexible and was not only able to agree a date to start work around our schedule but was also able to rearrange after an unexpected leak. I've had a lot of work done on the house recently but John was by far the easiest to work with and the cleanest by far. Would definitely hire again. 10/10.

John and Chris saved my bacon this weekend - after being badly let down by a York tradesman, these guys came to the rescue. We have a young family and went to great lengths to prepare for the work to be done - moving furniture/getting the kids from underfoot etc. etc. It is my pleasure to endorse John McArdle Plastering - professional standard and professional values. Very fast response to advert was visited within 20 mins and had a quote very good price and standard of work excellentI would highly revommend John I liked that I got a text the day before and the day after communication was great
