Awfu,!! Thought he could rip me off as Im a single lady. £1100 to fix a leak in the toilet and pull a few cupboards down! He Said 3 days work for him and his son in law, But when I checked my CCTV he didn't turn up until 1100am, then went out in his car for 1 1/2 hours, same the next day. When totalling comings and goings the pair of them had only done 7 hours work over 3 days. He partially mended my outlet pipe from Combi boiler to the extent I had to call the emergency gas out wanted to report him!

I have a wet patch in my kitchen ceiling and have called plumbers to look at it. After fixing 2 places upstairs, it is still growing. What should I do at this stage?
